Conference Cancellation Policy

PCAM understands a situation may arise that necessitates a participant to cancel his or her conference registration. To meet these needs, PCAM has developed the following process and deadline schedule. Cancellations must be made by completing the online 2010 PCAM Refund Request Form. This form is located below.
Standard Cancellation Requests
- Cancellations made between July 27 and November 1, 2010 will qualify for a full refund, minus a $25 USD administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after November 1, 2010 do not qualify for a refund.
- Individuals who are "no-shows" and do not pick up a registration packet on-site do not qualify for a refund.
- Individuals who choose to attend only part of the conference do not qualify for a refund.
- Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are not refundable by PCAM.
Refunds will not be processed for requests received after November 1, 2010.
